NANOTECHNOLOGY

Being an M.Phil scholar in Biotechnology (while the major field of research is Nanotechnology), I thought it would be better to share what this whole field is about.

Nanotechnology basically got initiated and promoted in literal means via Physic however the involvement of Chemistry and very recently Biology has added flavor to its taste.

As my major belongs to the Biomedical side, therefore, I have a restraint presentation towards Nano-medicine however the technique is also discussed in detail which is applicable in all Nano-science related fields.

 In-Love Brain..... According to Science
(based on Helen Fisher's work from Rutgers University)


Science has explanations with reasons for every system that goes around us.
But wait.... what? Did you just say, LOVE?
Yes! Love has got scientific explanations too.

Generally, we assume Love with uncontrollable feelings, that is the worst part of being in love, where you can't control what's inside you. Unintentionally you want to be in front of your love for almost all the time, you want to look beautiful, you want them to like you back, you feel jealous when someone else is getting their close attention and so many other expectations can make you fall into their feet. 

But is this some sort of magic? or is there any logic behind that?

Here we are with some scientific research regarding Love being the source of change in our body's running mechanisms. 

DOPAMINE 

Its a chemical released inside our body via hypothalamus when you are considering your self in a happy and good mood. And this happens when you become happy with your lover's meeting, thinking and talking. You can't hide your feelings with Dopamine test reports. 

NOR-EPINEPHRINE 


Another chemical associated with dopamine is nor-epinephrine and when dopamine is in the elevated state the level of nor-epinephrine is triggered too. This chemical relates to memory when you meet new stimuli. It's because of this chemical why you look for only positive traits of your love even when it shows a dark side. It makes you have insomnia, no appetite at all and living in euphoria.  

SEROTONIN 

This chemical is characterized by an obsessive personality trait. We may count it as a disorder because according to the research report people who are in love tend to spend more than 80% of their wide awaken time just captured in fantasies and euphoric thoughts. Though it may also include thinking of worried category leading to insufficient sleep and appetite.

fMRI 


Functional magnetic resonance imaging-fMRI, testing was performed on people claiming to be in love. It was tested by two different researching teams for two different purposes. One group checked the rejection or fear of rejection, it was noted that their brain is showing signals of activation in the same areas as were previously shown in cocaine addiction testing. The second study was conducted for analysis of bonding and attachment phenomena. It resulted in positivism as persons looking to the persons they love can easily dive into euphoria and loving thoughts.


SO... It's NOT EASY TO DEFINE LOVE IN SCIENTIFIC TERMS.

Still, I do believe in magical after-effects of Love.
